1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our 3m phone sticker MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing 3m phone sticker sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

We usually send samples by DHL,FEDEX,UPS or TNT.You can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are. 

3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing 3m phone sticker samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 5-7days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.How much is the freight charge?
Since the phone card holder is light and small, we suggest to deliver by air, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, it just takes several days, and we will account the freight fee for you.

6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
